Rye Grain

Rye Berries can be cooked as a hearty breakfast cereal or ground in your own mill for the freshest rye flour available. Rye can also be sprouted to use in salads and on sandwiches.
Directions:
1/2 cup rinsed Rye Berries, Organic
1 3/4 cup Water
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for one hour or until tender. Drain and set aside to cool or serve immediately.
